For phone orders, to request keg pick-ups, and any other trade queries, our Customer Experience Centre is open Monday to Friday from 09:00am till 06:00pm (Melbourne AUS Time) excluding some public holidays.

CUB also provides 24 hour 7 days a week ordering and Support enquiries for Trade Customers via the CUB Online portal at online.cub.com.au.
